Merry Christmas 2008 moment lovers!
At last my internship is over except for a demonstration before I may graduate, but that won’t be too hard or be problematic. So after the holidays I’m free again to ‘litter’ the blog will frequent updates. At top, I will upgrade my Internet connection speed. Yes, I finally made a agreement with me father. He remains paying the ‘basic’ Internet connection and I pay any extra costs for the ‘improved’ internet connection. Fine with me, my father doesn’t need such a fast connection, but I and my brothers do. So I think this is a nice agreement and yes, my brothers will pay eventually… I think :/
In the near future I will tweak the ‘animetoon’ theme to support paged and threaded comments. On top I will remove my own replies from the recent comment list and I’m thinking to read Lorelle Fan Based Blog tips to serve you all the better. At last, in 2009 we will probably make a new design!
Hirvine Direct Download Server beta
The new Direct Download Server beta is a fast download server which intend to serve some more popular downloads without ruining the main server. As I have no statics of these kind of services I made the introduction as beta. This means the beta will not be limited by any download slots or capped speeds. This, however is no reason to abuse the service. Please, do not direct link to these URL or spar a download accelerator to make tons of connections. The server will not be limited, but we will make a log file to remove spammers, crawlers, spiders and restrict IP if we see fit. You are NOT allowed to send any url of the server to anyone. Please refer to Hirvine.com (here) instead! Thank you.
