It has got to be the best drawn anime around in the 1990\'s and it is still at par with the latest creations from Japan. There are only two animated series I like better in terms of stories and artworks and that is Naruto and Rurouni Kenshin. Aside from those two, Evangelion wins hands-down as the best drawn anime with great stories as well. I love Evangelion!
