W.I.T.C.H. 16 Ghosts of Elyon

Blunk spotted Elyon at a tower in the dark castle and informed Caleb about her presence. After a dangerous climb to the window Caleb defeats the two guards watching the door. The princess is fast a sleep and Caleb wakes her up. At the moment he touches Elyon she vanishes in the thin air and swirls away. Not more than Blunk, he needs to get out the place! More castle guards arrives and storms into the room. Grabbing Blunk, Caleb recklessly jumps out the window.

From the door Phobos with Elyon steps inside the room. Her brother Phobos was right, her so called ‘friends’ will never stop attempting to abduct her again. Caleb fled successfully thanks to a parachute he took from earth. In Heatherfield Will shows her mother her new sign at her door, her room for just her alone. Before her mother is able to object, their cordless phone rink’s within Will’s chamber. Mom looks her with that blink in her eye, everyone knows. So Will smashes the door open and find herself inside a mess hall of clothes and a lot of girls stuff. Not knowing where to look she just inspects every corner. Throwing anything aside till she manages to locate the phone.

Some moments later we find our W.I.T.C.H. gathering inside Yan Lin’s restaurant. Caleb seems to have important news. The news isn’t surprising the girls. Taranee reminds Caleb they are able to create Astral Drops (clones of themselves). Elyon should be able to create such a clone herself. Will contemplates, it doesn’t make sense at all. Elyon is in no need to clone herself, she just gave up earth. They, the guardians, uses their clones to hide their absence.

Our guardians has no clue about the true plans of Phobos. Cedric just mentioned Phobos the decoy worked great and Elyon thinks it useful to protect herself. Stimulated by her brother she creates an ‘Elyon’ army. This army will certainly distract the guardians and any rebels such as Caleb chasing after her. Insane Caleb needs to check all Elyon’s with help of Blunk. The guardians never came…

The girls are outside, awaiting Will’s arrival. Without Will, the heart, they are unable to enter the realm of Meridian and transform themselves into the guardians. Will never arrived she got stuck cleaning her room and is currently jamming about being more responsible. Mother told her she needs to be more responsible, but she’s more than her mother ever will know. At this moment we find Caleb in problems as well. Caught he is taken to the castle.

Exhausted Will finally arrives at their meeting point. Her friends are mad and lectures her about being on schedule. Great, another lecture is all she needs… Still Will agrees, ofcourse they’re right. She quickly calls the heart to unite and goes to Meridian. At Meridian the guardians meets Caleb’s problem. Even with their powers it will take ages to locate the real Elyon. Our guardians notices all Elyon clones has no shadow and no structure (an heavy blow sweeps it away). However our red haired leader also notice all are driving them further from the castle.

At the castle Caleb is represented to Elyon. Furious about the lies at Earth she’s not surprised to find the young fellow as a rebel leader. She’s eager to see him in jail. Suddenly a big bang roams through the castle, the guardians attacks. Both Elyon and Phobos oversees their actions and Phobos commands Cedric to defend their castle while he takes Elyon in safety.

Cornelia sees Elyon and tries to reach her, but isn’t even able to get near her. Will flies to her reminding the Elyon she saw might be another clone as well. Furious Cornelia ensures she’s able to see who’s her real girlfriend and flies straight to the door. Not paying attention Cornelia is smashed down by Cedric who blocks the door. Without much problems Caleb manages to break free and escapes from the castle. Outside he finds an icy world, the guardians summoned an ice storm which freezing a lot of guards.

The party retreats and Caleb informs them about Elyon sketch book he overheared Phobos and Elyon talking about it. Smiling he explains it might function as bait. Idea sounds pretty and the party goes to Elyon’s home. Their investigation takes over the night and they really need to go home and get some sleep. The girls returns in exception of Will, she decides to sleep over at the place. It’s not like her mother will miss her.

Taranee warns her about the creepy place, but Will explains her any mom-free-zone will do. Decided the girls leave without her and no moment later Will notice she forgot the heating. It will be a very cold night.

Shivering she still manages to sleep until the heart glows and wakes her up. Just some feet away a portal opens and two of Phobos monsters emerges within the portal’s light. They are looking for the sketch book. They look around and childishness play with some toys, but do locate the book. Their actions gave Will enough time to call the heart and transform. As guardian she confronts them, but outnumbered her fight is in pain and looses.

Outmatched she can only inform the girls about her defeat. At the end Will only obtained a tiny piece of paper which was torn apart from the sketch book in the fight. It reveals the bottom of an unknown drawn face.

Our little pathfinder Blunk is able to locate Elyon’s hide out using following the monsters scent of chocolates they ate. Our girls assembles, transforms and finds their way in Meridian to the hide out. Phobos knew of their arrival and prepared a mass counter attack.

Surprised Cornelia looses the little piece of paper Will gave her and quickly reassembles with the group. Phobos men are awaiting the guardians outside. Our guardians defeats this giant army to create a giant avalanche and goes to the portal. It’s an avalanche like Cedric created one at their ski trip. At Earth they closes the portal and call it a day.

At the end, Elyon returns to her little hideout and find the missed piece of paper Cornelia dropped earlier. She takes the paper to her sketch book and surprised finds her sketch of Cornelia.
