In Mokke episode 8 we find Mizuki at an old ‘festival’ place. A giant red building in traditional style jumps in front of them (Mizuki and her friends). Mizuki immediately feels aura of the ‘other’ -side. Not comforted she takes no risk and tells herself not the return to the place. However she can’t put it out her mind and is curious why. A Mokke worthy episode again.

Not watched Mokke yet? Too gentle for you uh … Did you watched the Mokke Opening? At least you should watch, listen to the OP. You can view the Mokke Opening at Youtube . They just got a splendid opening song. The fansub Subs Anonymous who subs these series are at episode 12. There was a Shinsen-Subs version which was stalled month(s) ago. So stop asking me about the Shinsen-Subs. Those we are familiar with bittorrent are always able to grab the most recent files at AnimeSuki Series – Mokke.

Everyone is busy, family, eating, celebrating whatever. Lucky I had a chance these three weeks to create an update patch for the CMS, tested it locally and uploaded it to update the CMS at the site. It all went smoothly, which made me very happy. This is a milestone for me! I never made this large update (44 MB) using my own CMS and update system. (approx 1H update)

Well, that’s happy for me, but it has nothing todo with you right. Wrong, ofcourse it does. There are new features which changes some important part of hirvine.com. Read more in the read more tag (or click the title url). Another issue in the read more tag is archived stuff. The most important change is the division of Anime and Toon!

Instead anime, it’s toon. Just prettier and clearer ’cause I got a lot of mails complaining about the fact.

• Anime and Toon District are finally divided!
  At Monday, September 17th, 2007 I announced Webdesign 3.0. I welcomed Toons at the small anime archive site back then. Webdesign 3.2 will divide these sections more clearly. Now we have a Anime District AND Toon District. Which is better than just putting the toons in the Anime District.
  The url’s are Anime District || Toon District .
  
• The page animeinf.php for anime information does NOT exist anymore. I’ve changed the page into info.php. We know have a url’s looking like /toon/info.php and /anime/info.php . Which is , again, more clearly.
  The animeinf.php page is banished, though it remain to exist as a forward page. So the old url’s will still work, but highly recommend to update. You can try yourselves using http://hirvine.com/anime/animeinf.php?aid=7 .
• More recent updates
  Though Hirvine.com always did, and will do older and rare series (with some exceptions) a problem of licensed material remains. We always tried to choose no risk series, but the new update gave us a flexible way to single click disable downloads. So we can take now more risky series, which is good. We remain to list unlicensed material though!
• Page layout and clearly descriptions
• Not public, but probarly soon public, country statics of downloads

More to come… Winter Garden is being uploaded. Though the CMS update prevented my to insert the required information. However, it isn’t a fail since we have another Christmas day tomorrow.

I just added these Mokke screenies to the screenshots of Mokke and I realised that the screenshot thumbnailer needs to be updated too! So that will be fixed together with the Toon District url.

Archived episode 2 Nagareizuna, 3 Okurimono, 4 Waraiyami at the Anime District.

I’m talking about the anime Mokke, created by MADHOUSE. Everyone knows MADHOUSE, otherwise you can’t name yourself an Anime watcher. Those non-anime freaks, just search for MADHOUSE. You probarly have some anime’s in your collection created by them.

Hirvine, does in fact, not listened new series, but we make an exception since the distribution is really slowly. Mokke is not a popular series and doesn’t contain much action. It’s all about the lifestyle of two sisters with the ability to see and hear the spiritual world. Mizuki, the little sister, get easily possessed and therefore these kids moved to their grandfather.

It seems the grandfather knows a lot about spiritual remedies and legends. So they life their lives at the little farm of their grand parents. Though having the gift to observe the spiritual world, they remain to be ordinary kids. They go to school, play around, having fun and on the end get into trouble .

These series are subbed by Shinsen-Subs and a very new group Subbers Anonymous. Though Shinsen-Subs stands for quality (they won an award) I choose for Subbers Anoymous at the moment. Supporting the small fansubbers to get up to the top. Currently, they did not disappointed me yet so well done. The quality is, taken average, the same. The source, raw, is probarly the same. For those awaiting the h264 version, don’t wait. Shinsen Subs informs there will be no HD airing and the series aren’t popular enough.
