What is Hirvine.com?
An anime and figures blog. We review, summarize, discuss anime, their OST’s, manga or figures and places the articles on the blog. We focus on a very small group, a starting manga reader or anime watcher. Not excluding other visitors as a ‘review collector’ ofcourse.
Besides reviews we do also place or share links to media at Hirvine.com. Hirvine.com started out to be a very small archive and we intend to stay low. The media we archive, are direct links/ free file service to anime series, soundtracks, fanvids etc… Though, very limited and always in need of seeders, speaking of bittorrent, or having a 100+ queueline at IRC and above all rare.
Again we do NOT focus at archiving, we remain to be mainly a blog site. Do NOT expect anything to be archived/ uploaded at all.
To summarize: Hirvine.com is an anime/manga/OST/pcv blog with additional services around archiving. Our main focus is informing, discussing and get people excited about our hobbies.
What or who is Hirvine?
Not much a history actually, Hirvine is a made up nickname of the starter Jonathan Rambelje.
So, how did you think up Hirvine?
Not much background actually. Jonathan Rambelje is a Final Fantasy fan and at a fated day he failed into creating an email adress Irvine, a sharp-shooter of Final Fantasy 8. Obvious the name was already taken. So, without much thinking only minding it sounded pretty well, Jonathan Rambelje prefixed a ‘h’ in front. ‘h’ + ‘irvine’ = ‘hirvine’.
Probarly the fact why we do NOT have a logo.

Eg. bobdiaries.hirvine.com no-no , not a hirvine.com content - We aim at a small public and do not request native or correct English
anyone we can blog and make themselves understandable, is oké. - Hirvine.com is very tolerant
Help each other?
Do you know an OST or Anime in pain of seeds or with a very long queue at IRC? Want to help the distribution of fansubs? (Or you are a staff of an fansub) Provide the data and it will be hosted on Hirvine ofcourse YOU will be named together with your homepage or IRC. As we do NOT want to get into the spotlights, make as fansub, you are a starter or giving ‘almost’ exclusive (thus rare) content.

Not limiting but notifying in particular. Whenever “I” is written, Jonathan Rambelje is most probable meant. We, refers to Hirvine, which would be the full Hirvine.com team.
We never claim screenshots, as the video wouldn’t probably ours (or it’s our product ofcourse). Media as in anime series as example should not be used instead purchasing. If you can purchase do, we won’t be responsible for your decisions.
